14 days to change your mind

For distance sales, you have the right to cancel within 14 days after receiving your order. Tell us you want to cancel by replying to your order confirmation or contacting us online.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We answer emails

Reply to your order confirmation and we'll answer — most within three working days. If your order is late we'll tell you where it is, and you can wait or cancel for a full refund. That's your right, not a favour.
